Our Services
Community Living Supports (CLS)
In-home assistance to help people live as independently as possible. Supports include help with daily tasks, community participation, personal goals, and life skills development.
Day Habilitation
Structured daytime activities that promote engagement, learning, and social interaction. Services are delivered in facility or community settings based on personal preference and need.
Respite Services
Temporary support designed to give unpaid caregivers a break while ensuring the person supported receives safe, quality care — at home or in the community.
Personal Assistance (PA)
One-on-one personal care services that support daily hygiene, mobility, dressing, and other essential needs — helping individuals maintain independence at home.
Home-Delivered Meals
Nutritious, well-balanced meals delivered directly to the homes of eligible individuals. We ensure consistency, quality, and dietary accommodations where needed. personalized care plan that meets your unique needs.
Residential Living Services
Safe, licensed homes for adults with I/DD offering 24/7 staff support, daily living assistance, meal prep, medication management, transportation, and access to enriching community activities. Funded through TennCare, MCOs, VA benefits, and private pay.
